My second one - it is that good!Mar 17, 2010 I had a 510 for a few years, after not being happy with an older Motorola unit. When I accidentally ran over it, I thought I would buy a Voyager Pro - a little sleeker and a better noise reduction. After receiving two defective Voyager Pros, I went back and ordered my old standby Voyager 510. It may not be as sleek as the Pro, but it works like a champ and I don't get any complaints about background noise when driving. (Yes you still need to turn down the music though)
Voice Quality is OK but its little heavyMar 17, 2010 Voice Quality is OK but its little heavy and ear pains if you wear it for long.
Uncomfortable with glassesMar 16, 2010 If you wear glasses most of the time like I do, this headset will not be comfortable for you. In fact, I couldn't keep it on without constantly adjusting it. So the sound was not good. I sent it back for a Sony over-the-head headset.
Second unit I've purchased - first still working after 3 yearsMar 15, 2010 Truly the best Bluetooth headset on the market if you're looking for something that works very well in the car and doesn't transmit the road noise within your conversations, even at high speeds. I've tried a half dozen other headsets and always come back to this one for tried-and-true performance and sound quality.
My most recent purchase was to replace my first 510 that I bought three years ago. That unit is still working but seems to have lost some sound quality, however three years is a lot of use for something that I use on average 3 times a day, 7 days a week. Impressive that it lasted as long as it did.
Don't bother looking at other headsets, despite many new flashy models, brands etc., this model continues to be a best-seller despite being released in the mid-2000's. Even Logitech's own upgrade of this product (Voyager Pro) can't compete.
Good, Minor ProblemMar 13, 2010 Only problem is it doesn't sit down in the ear canal far enough, requiring volume to be increased more than otherwise necessary and causing distortion. Needs to be made so that the curved stalk connecting the part that rests behind the ear and the earspeaker will hold it's shape, positioning the earspeaker closer to ones ear.
