Great Headset!Jul 14, 2010 I am using this with a Windows Mobile PDA phone and just love it. I previously had a Jabra headset that used a conical shaped earpiece as opposed to the somewhat flat one in this headset. I was a little concerned that I wouldn't hear things as well since the earpiece wasn't actually in my ear - boy was I wrong. The headset is crystal clear and very comfortable to wear. Also because the headset wraps around the ear it doesn't come free even if you are fairly vigorous in your movements. I strongly recommend this headset for anyone wanting a small, comfortable good sound quality BT headset.
Not greatJan 29, 2010 Had significant issues with 2 different of these units. Lots of echoing, lots of background noise and it died after about 2 months. The insert they give you for your ear is crap and continued to fall off.

Review of BT5020Jan 12, 2010 Pro:
Excellent reception. Virtually no static up to 9 feet from paired macbook pro. Normal outgoing voice quality. Comfortable either with or without gel piece. The gel piece can easily be omitted. Charging from usb is easy and the charge holds a long time.
Con:
Not very easy to put on, takes some getting used to (not terribly difficult either). Operating the buttons also takes some getting used to.
Cant say anything about outdoor or in car usage; have not tried yet.
Longer term usage is also unknown for me.
Conclusion:
Recommended so far.

Good for PS3Dec 12, 2009 I only use this when I play co-op on the PS3. Setup was easy and straightforward. I don't usually play for more than 3 hours at a time and it's never died on me. No one has complained about the sound quality of my voice. The range is fine since I don't sit too far from my TV, but if I go down the hall, maybe 25 ft. away and around a corner, it does cut out. The earpiece is very comfortable and adjustable. I also like the rubber cover you can put over the earpiece as it adds comfort. Also, it comes with two of them, so if you're a germ freak and you ever share your headset, you have an alternate ear piece. Because of the over-the-ear design, the mic essentially sits under the earlobe and I was worried that it would be too far from my mouth, but it actually picks up my voice just fine.

Made for bigger ears, but sounds greatDec 01, 2009 This headset is easy to use and sounds great, but if you have small ears, it falls off when you bend over.
